Organic Gooseberry Jam (Gus Gus Goose)

These gooseberries were grown in Detroit and hand picked.  Each individual berry was also handled to removed the stem and the flower.  This beautiful jam is a serious labor of love.  Blended with a low amount of organic sugar, this ensures a lovely tartness.
