Jam & Pickled Green Bean Making Class

Join us  for a "Galentine's Day" jam and pickle making class in our Eastern Market location.  You don't need to be a gal - and you don't even need to bring a friend!
 
Friday, February 13, 2026 from 6:30 - 9:00 pm
 
In this two and a half hour class, we will be making strawberry ginger jam and pickled green beans.  We will also do a fun jam that the class collaborates on!
 
 Learn the beautiful art of preservation with Tara Grey - owner of Gus & Grey.
 
Each guest will be taking home two jars of fresh strawberry ginger jam, two jars of mystery jam, and two jars of pickled green beans.  
 
Each guest will also receive a Gus & Grey gift tin to take home with includes five 4 ounce jars of jar - a $30 value.
 
There will be light refreshments.  Feel free to BYOB.
 
Spaces are limited.  20 GUESTS MAXIMUM.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY.
No cancellations please.  This class very limited in size and we need to purchase all the produce according to enrollment.  A full refund will be issued with a minimum of a week notice (7 days).  Cancellations less that a week before this scheduled class will be treated as a gift certificate towards a future class.
